After not purchasing a new car for many years, we decided now was the right time ! My brother told me to look at the Honda HRV and we did just that. I was very attracted to it at first sight. I loved the size of it. Other SUVs and crossovers not made by Honda just seemed to be too big. The hrv was perfect !! We live in Lisle and decided to go to the Honda superstore in Lisle and it was a perfect match for us. Our salesman, Scott and Shawn the finance manager were outstanding to deal with. They both were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They made it a fun and wonderful experience. We would highly recommend them and the dealership to our family and friends. More

There seemed to be a little confusion at first when I came in and had to wait a few minutes, but David Janowski came along and asked if I had been helped. I told him why I was there and we went out on the lot and found the car. Dave had to go back in to find the keys but brought it around. We took a test drive and Dave explained things about the car. He was very calm and relaxed and made it a good experience. Unfortunately, I did find something else I liked more at another dealer, but if you're looking for a Honda and stop in here, be sure to ask for David Janowski. You'll enjoy working with him. More

All the technology included with our new car was explained to us with patience, and nobody teased me for having a cell phone with no Bluetooth capabilities. She was so easy to work with, she answered all my questions and showed me the things I wanted to know. I had gone in to look at one car and totally did a 360 and purchased another, she was ready for anything. Very helpful and pleasant at all times. After making an initial appointment to look at new cars, Debby Pierce expertly explained all of the different models and features. Also, when considering whether to buy or lease a Honda Civic, Debby gave me multiple clear financial breakdowns, which helped me understand my options well. With her help, I went from considering buying a car that day to being confident that I was purchasing the right model at a great price with an affordable financial plan. Shawn Kiannejad also expedited the final financial planning and agreements and answered questions thoroughly and positively. With the assistance of Debby and Shawn, I was able to leave that day in my new car and have been incredibly pleased with it since then. Also, through Debby's recommendation, I attended the program for new car owners. This program was a nice bonus to an already positive process and helped me learn even more about my new vehicle. As with my experience with Debby and Shawn, I was impressed with how knowledgeable and positive all of the staff were whom I met. Recall Repair?!?!? So I received a letter from Honda about a month ago regarding a new recall on "propellant wafers" and some new problem with the passenger side air-ba So I received a letter from Honda about a month ago regarding a new recall on "propellant wafers" and some new problem with the passenger side air-bags in my Honda Element. I took my Element in for some work shortly after I received this letter and when it was finished they explained at that time that they didn't have the parts in yet to take care of the recall repairs needed, but I was told that i could come in the following week, without an appointment, to get it taken care of. Two weeks later I made another appointment to get the repairs done for this recall and the night before my appointment I received a call saying that they ran out of parts to make the repairs for the recall, but again, I should be able to bring my car in the following week (this week) without an appointment to get the repairs taken care of. So today i called Honda of Lisle AGAIN to make an appointment to get this repair taken care of and this time I was told that - not only do they not have the parts in - but they haven't even been given a part number yet so they can order the part!?!?!?! All of this for a recall they told us about a month ago?!?!?!? Sounds to me like the people at Honda of Lisle are either lying to me or they just don't know what's going on!!! More
