Disrespectful sales person I was there to lease CRV, the associate was tired and when the offered me a rate (which was $150 more than a similar price accord hybrid), I told him I was there to lease CRV, the associate was tired and when the offered me a rate (which was $150 more than a similar price accord hybrid), I told him that I will go and talk to honda of Joliet from where I bought my accord. He told me that why you come here (as I have gone there twice as it is closer to my home) and don't give the the business. Why don't I go there straight, I called the manager and said that I am giving you chance to sell honda product but there sales person is disrespectful For sure, "I will NOT go to honda superstore of lisle" and I think this is what Scott wanted More

Three were ours, and another for my Mom, who lives 30 miles away (and 2 miles from another dealer). That's how confident and satisfied we are with Honda Lisle. Josh Malinski handled our most recent sale, and once again went above and beyond to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. He spends as much time as it takes, is thorough in explaining everything to your satisfaction, and is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Very nice young man. Bob Mitchell handled our financing and paperwork and was pleasant, personable and competent. He is another plus for Honda of Lisle. Another reason we keep coming back is the Service Department. Nobody has been under the hood of our cars but Honda Lisle service techs. And, last but not least, we LOVE our car. More
Express Oil Change My oil change took an hour and fifty minutes this past Saturday and I arrived at 6:45 in the morning. This should not be the case when I was seventh in line to get serviced for a simple oil change. I noticed many cars who arrived after me finished before me without any communication about the status of my car or what was happening. Obviously the service group lost track of my car and my time was not a priority to Honda of Lisle. I asked the service center if my car was lost in the shuffle and was told that there were just a lot of cars. Again, my time did not matter and I have visited Honda of Lisle for the last time. More
