Overall, good Good experience, few missteps. We put a credit card deposit of 2K to hold the car we wanted, when we went to purchase, they said they never charged th Good experience, few missteps. We put a credit card deposit of 2K to hold the car we wanted, when we went to purchase, they said they never charged the credit card so we paid the entire car price when we picked the car up....but the 2k showed up on my credit card bill..they processed a refund when I called them, but to date, it has not appeared as a credit on my credit card. Also, the time to finish the purchase was excessive, we were paying cash and had to wait over 2 hours for a business manager when we already had an appt to pick up car. More

Mike introduced himself and walked us through the whole process, carefully listening to our needs and helping us find the exact car we'd been hoping for. This was our first car shopping experience at a dealership and we felt lucky to have Mike by our side.
