Service with a smile Krystal was the first person to approach me in our venture to purchase a Pilot. She was up front and told me the this was her second day on the job, but that didn't stop her from running with the big dogs! She was extremely nice and courteous to the fact that me and my wife were still in the "looking" stage. I honestly had no intentions of buying, but my wife fell in love with the car. If it hadn't been for the professionalism that I received from looking at the car the night before I may not have went back and purchased. Between her and Chris, they made me feel as if I were a friend looking at a car. They weren't pushy to get me to buy right then and there! We had been at a few other dealerships in the past few weeks and got the typical salesman pitch, they held me there and begged me to buy with the "what's it gonna take to close this deal today?" line. Long story short, they both wanted us to make sure we were buying the car that best fit our needs. Thanks for giving us the service that people deserve! More

I was really fearful of how car buying was going to go, as I've had the same car for 13 years, so this was really my first car buying experience I've ever done without a lot of assistance. Once I made the decision to look here, it was perfect from start to finish. Greg helped me get a price that could fit my budget. Peggy was such a nice, warm person who emailed with me through the day of my purchase, and absolutely made me look forward to meeting her once I arrived to pick up the car. Which she did with a huge hug! And Kristina was incredible in helping me learn all the new features, and walk me through the paperwork. Even found out we were born in the same hospital in NY -- such a small world!
