Made it Right This is my 2nd time at this location. The first time I went at open to get an oil change and tire rotation. Fast forward to a few days ago. I had someone fixing a flat and they realized my lug nut was stripped or “cross threaded”. We Honda was the last to take my tires on or off. I took it back up there to explain what happened and they fixed it without any issue. Now if that’s not customer service I don’t know what is. Sam was nice and I’m glad to have a compassionate dealership to work on my car. More
