Trade in for a 2018 Accord Went to Honda because my wife has purchased from there about 3 years ago and loved her Accord she bought. A lot of the fault of my experience lies on myself. I let myself be rushed into the decision and didn't give myself time to think things over. I showed up wanting to buy a new Accord and trade in my old car. They looked my car over and gave me a very low trade in value for a car in very good shape. I was told it is the standard trade in amount and accepted his word instead of asking around. To compensate for the lower than expected amount the salesman offered additional features that came with the car at no cost. I didn't even want the features (different floor mats, a trunk mat, and a pinstripe) but I said sure. Turns out those features were not removed from the cost and were part of the MSRP all along. I asked if they could order me a new car with the features I wanted and he told me what they have in stock is what they have to offer and when they get new cars they have preset options that come with them. When negotiating the monthly payments I said I would like a 3% or lower and if they couldn't offer it I would go get it by asking around myself. They ran my credit and came back with a 5%. Not a big deal, I said I would look myself, signed the papers and called a bank the next day and got my 3%. The bank I talked to said that the Honda dealership ran my credit 4 times though. When I went to ask them about it they said it was them checking different banks and the financial guy showed me 3 different forms with credit scores on them. Funny enough the score they showed me when they offered the 5% from the day of sale was the lowest of the scores they pulled from my reports. Just to close up on this instead of ranting more, the products they have are very good. The service felt rushed and the finance felt shifty. My advice would be to not buy the same day you walk on their lot and use outside financing options. More

Excellent Service We were greeted immediately when we pulled into service area. It was very convenient with no appointment necessary for all the services I needed. Matt was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns with my car. He walked us into the waiting area and checked back with me to let me know the timeframe of when my car would be completed. He did a great job! My kids were with me and they enjoyed having options to play and watch TV along with refreshments while we waited. I’ve been to Darryl Waltrips service department when I first bought my car...we had two bad experiences. I dropped my service agreement with Darryl Waltrip because of the lack of communication, inconvience, and unfriendly staff. I would highly recommend Honda of Murfreesboro service department for friendly staff, convince, and efficient service. This was a wonderful experience...Made my day! More

Nothing But Hondas For Us We have been buying Hondas at the Murfreesboro dealership since 1980. We have never been pressured to buy til we were ready. The last 3 Hondas we have bought from Mary Shelton. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. We wouldn't use anyone else. We have always gotten good service when we had an oil change or any other maintenance required on our vehicles. When ready to finance our new Odyssey Mark McCormick was great to help us get the best rate we could from Honda. I would definitely recommend the Murfreesboro dealership when purchasing your next vehicle More
