Unusually Pleasant This is a new location here in Murfreesboro but I’m so glad I went here. Usually when I think of getting my oil changed at the dealership (or anywhere This is a new location here in Murfreesboro but I’m so glad I went here. Usually when I think of getting my oil changed at the dealership (or anywhere honestly) I think of a ridiculously long wait in a room with uncomfortable chairs, a vending machine and a small tv with jeopardy playing on it, but this experience was the complete opposite. The waiting area was immaculate, comfy chairs, good complementary snacks, HGTV shows on the tv and to top it all off the service was great and the waiting time wasn’t crazy. When I got there my car battery died as I pulled into the service area. They checked the battery and recharged it while they changed my oil and didn’t charge me extra and didn’t try to pressure me into buying an new battery from them. I love this place and I will most certainly be back for my next oil change. More

Wrecked my car! I took my car in to get the recall fixed. They did fix the recall and that was fine. So I got my van and went home. Later on that evening I received I took my car in to get the recall fixed. They did fix the recall and that was fine. So I got my van and went home. Later on that evening I received a call from the dealership letting me know that I needed to set up a time to bring my van back in because when one of their service technicians were driving my van they accidentally hit someone else’s pilot with it. So they needed me to bring my van back so they can take it to their body shop to have it repaired!! I was so mad because why didn’t they tell me this while I was there instead of me driving Almost an hour to get home then have to schedule to bring it back. So I made an appointment to bring it back in which was the following week because that was the soonest they could do it. I took it on a Wednesday and the guy I spoke to said I should have my van back by the weekend. That was not true I didn’t not even hear from them for over a week. I finally took it upon myself to call them the following Thursday. They let me know that my van was ready and I told them they could deliver it to me. Keep in mind I was told that a manager would be contacting me about all these issues and not 1 time did a manager ever call me. I even called and asked to speak to a manager and all I ever got was a answering machine. Also the did give me a rental to drive but, I drive a van not a car or a small suv. They brought out a Honda CR-V now while it was a small suv I asked if they had a van instead because I have a child and I also help take care of my nephew since his was in a tragic car accident that took the life of both his parents and left him with multiple injuries. So I need the van to help transport him around and the guy told me sorry that was all they had and they didn’t have anything bigger. Needless to say I won’t be back More

Saying goodbye to 12 years of driving a mini-van Two weeks ago we just started to think about trading our minivan. We have always been Toyota owners but felt their suv’s were too small for our needs. I walked into Honda of Murfreesboro one day and was interested in the Honda Pilot. I first spoke with Victor Lawrence who was very helpful. I told him I would be bringing my husband back that evening. He said he would not be there. So, we met with Austin Cox. Ends up, he used to work at the same manufacturing facility with my husband. He was very knowledgeable of the Pilot and was able to answer all of our questions. By the end of that day, I became the owner of a new Honda Pilot. Honda of Murfreesboro is a great place and I will refer all of my friends who may be looking for a new vehicle to go there. More
Great sales team made it easy I was in the market for a small to midsize crossover or SUV. I landed on a new 2018 CRV. The team at Honda is excellent. I highly recommend them.
