But, I was checked on all the time by the staff and given $10 off the oil change and a Honda coffee cup to make up for missing my appointment time. The snacks were good, the TV was on a good station and the dealership is very clean and nice. More

He and the calm, loving lady that helps out with coffee and snacks got me to change my mind and complete one of the extra findings on my car, which I had no intention of completing today😁. Repair Took car in for what thought was going to be a warranty repair. Was informed it wasn't and they wanted to charge way more than I thought to fix. Called Honda care and was told they had different notes from the dealership than what I was told was wrong. Took to another Honda dealership and repair was less than HALF of what they were going to charge. More
