Long wait and hidden fees and no key If you want a to work with a dealership where the salesmen have no empowerment to make a deal, sells without keys (inside the fob), and will not retur If you want a to work with a dealership where the salesmen have no empowerment to make a deal, sells without keys (inside the fob), and will not return a call, then Honda of Murfreesboro is the place for you. The experience could have been great, if the first offer didn’t have $1500 of extra fees. The sales manager has to negotiate the deal but you will never see him/her; over one hour wait just for the salesman to go see the manager twice. After the “deal”, we waited 45 more minutes while the business office did the paperwork just to find out that he was working on the warranty pricing. Get the car home and find the fob does not have a key inside of it to unlock the car in case the battery dies. I call the salesman—yep, you guessed it—“I’ll let my sales manager know and he will call you back.” I followed up after three hours with a voice mail. After three days now, the manager still has not called me. Bad experience, no empowerment, no call backs, no ownership, up selling, that is Honda of Murfreesboro. On a positive note, the gas station cappuccino machine was good. More
Friendly, helpful staff I was greeted promptly by David. He was more than willing to let me drive several vehicles to help me decide which vehicle I wanted. Very friendly, efficient people working at this location. After buying a used 2013 van we had trouble with gray smoke coming from the tail pipe. I called the person I bought the van from and he said bring After buying a used 2013 van we had trouble with gray smoke coming from the tail pipe. I called the person I bought the van from and he said bring it in and we will fix it. If I needed a loaner car he would provide that too. We did bring the van back today and they were able to fix it within 2 hours time. More
