Started out good ended disappointing Our salesman was very helpful finding us a car that fit in our budget and in the parameters we set forth. We test drove it and it was in need of a g Our salesman was very helpful finding us a car that fit in our budget and in the parameters we set forth. We test drove it and it was in need of a good cleaning... our salesman told us that they wouldn’t sell us a car that had not been fully inspected.... then when we came with a check to buy the car we were told after we paid for the car that it still had to be inspected and so we couldn’t drive it home that day. After the inspection they said it needed tires so after paying for the car on Friday, we didn’t get the car till Monday at closing.... we were told at 3:30 on Monday that the car was ready, Then when showed up to get it, we were told it was back getting detailed and it would be just a few minutes. Then at 6pm. We finally get the car ... and there is absolutely no way that vehicle was detailed. Stains everywhere, somebody’s sunglasses were left in the car, the cup holders were dirty and sticky, floors did not look swept. There was no explanation by any person there as to why it took 2.5 hours to “detail” the car and the car was not DETAILED..... very disappointed with the lack of communication between the different departments at this dealership and with us. More
