Easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience We live in Nashville, but we came to Honda of Murfreesboro because they had the exact car we wanted (color, trim, etc). We made an appointment, and unfortunately the car had been sold by the time we arrived. However, Carlos turned what could have been a frustrating and disappointing experience into a very smooth and positive transaction. He located the car for us, and had it at the dealership within a few days. In addition, the negotiations on price were not stressful, and we felt we left with a reasonable deal. On the finance end, again, the process was fairly stress-free. However, a note for future transactions: it's understandable that a dealership has to at least suggest buying coverage for a new car (we get it, it's part of the job), but in this case the "hard sell" got a little irritating. We were pretty firm and clear on our decision, so no need to keep pressing it. More

Very helpful I am pleased with my purchase, but I think they were duped by the person that traded the van we bought. I say this because when we filled it up and o I am pleased with my purchase, but I think they were duped by the person that traded the van we bought. I say this because when we filled it up and only then did we discover a gas leak. At this point it seems to be under the van. Cannot smell it under the hood or at the tail pipe. It is raw gas! I'm a bit concerned! OF COURSE WE BOUGHT IT AS IS! Not sure if the service department could even of found the problem. It is a big safety concern! More
