Outstanding service, great people and a class A facility. From the minute I drove in I was met by friendly and efficient staff people. I was checked in, lead to the waiting area, and was greeted by the people there with open arms. After some refreshment I was able to sit in a quiet area and catch up on emails and calls. Sam, my service advisor made multiple visits to keep me informed on progress and service requirements and their associated costs. While walking about to stretch I was met and courteously greeted by some of the sales staff, another great group of people. The overall experience was fantastic and I will undoubtedly return in the near term for service, and in the long term for sales. I want management to know that Sam was an especially great service advisor. I have owned many Honda vehicles over the years and have always been well treated by the dealerships I have visited. But Sam stands out as the best of the bunch. More
