Excellence with a Glitch The new Honda of Murfreesboro is not only a beauty to behold but is also a state-of-the-art facility with the best diagnostic equipment and customer-f The new Honda of Murfreesboro is not only a beauty to behold but is also a state-of-the-art facility with the best diagnostic equipment and customer-friendly accommodations. Although beautiful and presently clean, the white floor tiles lead me to believe that the interior designer must have never worked on or around vehicles (i.e. grease, oil, gunk, gook). The best part of the grand dealership is its highly attentive staff who exceeded my expectations as a whole and offered the most accommodating atmosphere I’ve experienced among the three I’ve visited, including the Franklin and both Murfreesboro locations. They even followed up with a customer satisfaction phone call and this survey (since some people might be uncomfortable reporting negative things directly to a phone surveyor). The only negative aspect of the visit was in the estimated 45 minute/1 hour max. wait time, which was exceeded by an additional hour, causing me to be late for an after-school carpool pickup. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem at all, but I specifically told my check-in guy that I had to be out of there by 2:45. He assured me it wouldn’t take anywhere near that long. At 2:50 I was told my vehicle was being brought around and that the delay was due to the service technician’s inability to locate the 15mm wrench, specific to my vehicle, needed to complete reassembly. At 3:00, I was finally reunited with my vehicle. Hopefully, all required tools for all Hondas including mine will be readily accessible for future visits. This time glitch that wrecked my schedule is the reason I’m giving only a 4-star rating for this visit. More
