First Service on a 2018 CR-V ook our "New CR-V in for its maiden oil change and check-up. Was met by Sam House (Service Rep) who answered my list of questions (mostly about the co ook our "New CR-V in for its maiden oil change and check-up. Was met by Sam House (Service Rep) who answered my list of questions (mostly about the computer safety performance) and invited me to the spacious lounge to wait H to me i might take 1-1/2 hours. I was quite surprized as I could do an oil change myself in 20 minutes I thought. hen the car was ready Sam came and got me (before I drank all the free Diet Coke) and then reviewed the extensive checklist that explained the hour+ time requirement. The car was like new inside and out, I am very pleased. More

Key Fob The sole purpose of my visit was to purchase an extra key Fob. Upon arrival I was advised there was a recall and they would take care of it. And one half hours. After I paid my invoice I reviewed it and discovered a 24 dollar charge for shop supplies and environment. I am upset to know in addition to an enormous charge for a key Fob I do not understand why there is a charge for shop supplies to program a key. I will never be back for service or to. Purchase a vehicle . Sincerely John Pastorial. PS I believe the recall had been reconciled on e previous visit. A mistake or fraud? More

Great People I went in on Saturday looking for a new vehicle and walked out tonight with a great car! After I found out who the car was financed thru I was a little scared after reading the reviews but only time will tell when it comes to the finance company. Also I notice the tire pressure low and the key battery was low to the car when we left. Overall I believe we were treated great and fair.
