Nice place I love the new location. I've had my 2016 civic for two years now and I've always received solid service. My only issue is that whenever they vacuum t I love the new location. I've had my 2016 civic for two years now and I've always received solid service. My only issue is that whenever they vacuum the car it's partially vacuumed (like stuff is still on floor). I would rather it just not be done at all if it's halfway I guess. I also don't like that I was called to be told my car was ready but when I got there they didnt have the paperwork ready. I also dislike that the prices are inconsistent on the website to what the prices are at the dealership. I feel like a heads up on an oil change increase would have been nice. More

I arrived e A Happy Experience I am new in the area. My visit to Honda of Murfreesboro for routine service was an unexpectedly happy experience. I arrived early for the appointment. Service Representative Brittany was welcoming, helpful, and efficient. Service began immediately and was completed more quickly than I expected. The service staff, after discovering the weak battery, replaced it without cost under warranty on their own initiative. They also washed and vacuumed the van without being asked, and cleaned the inside of the windshield. Cost was quite reasonable and exactly as listed on my online reservation. I received a paper report and later an online copy of the services done and checked, as well as recommendations for future service with cost estimates. The building is new, easily accessible, and well laid out. The large and comfortable waiting rooms are well equipped and well supplied with amenities, including complimentary drinks and snacks. All in all, the service visit was a happy experience, well worth the hour’s drive in each direction. More
