My car was repaired for 1 hr. I was charged $312 for labor. Staff are courteous and nice but the labor charge is too much. $312 for labor for a job of 1 hour is not right. They charge is too much. After inspection was made with the oil change, provided additional services needed with the cost (which really helps to determine which one needs to be done sooner than others). Each of the services were explained by Grant so I became more informed. More

I was pleased with the ease of making the appointment for an oil change This was my first visit to this recently opened dealership and service center. I was pleased with the ease of making the appointment for an oil change and to mount my tires/ wheels. I actually brought the wheels with me, and I was somewhat surprised at the cost of mounting. The oil change was priced lower than what I pay elsewhere, so I was pleased about that. Honda of Murfreesboro provided great service and a comfortable waiting area. My only complaint is that a $13 shop fee was added to my bill for the tire service. That wasn’t at all mentioned with the quote and in my opinion, should have been. I’ll be sure to visit this dealership more frequently after this successful visit. More
