He showed us all the cars of our choice and was very knowledgable about what each car offered. My wife dreads car shopping and the negotiation. She enjoyed how Victor dealt with us. He is a gentleman and non confrontational. He is a wonderful listener and very patient. He put us at ease. The Experience at Murfreesboro Honda was wonderful with the exception of finance. We were there all day and wanted to get done to drive 2 hrs plus to get home to just south of Huntsville Al. We objected to the fact that it was not understood what no meant. It took us a 4 hr plus drive the next day coming back to straighten things out and sign papers again for corrections and then the interest on the loan was raised from the agreed upon from the original purchase contract. That was unsatisfactory. More
