He stayed in touch without being bothersome, was fully transparent about the used cars I was looking at, set clear expectations about my purchase, and really took care of me through the process. Service was too prideful in an oversight after their work-up. They missed the opportunity to say. “We’re confidemt we got this right, but we’ll check it out anyway.” Service manager, Dathan, handled it well and accommodated my request. Because they don’t put anything on their lot that isn’t safe quality, I would have felt comfortable buying anything. More
