Once a deal has been agreed upon, it takes way too long to finalize it. It took 4 hours to fine-tune the deal and then run the credit check, apply for the loan, and do all the other paperwork. I think this is a problem with the industry in general and not with this dealership alone because this has been our experience whenever we have bought a car from any dealer in the past. Streamlining the closing process would be of great benefit to not only your customers but to your staff as in our case, people were there after closing time and that is not a good work/life balance.
