Efficient. Everyone is so nice! LOVE the waiting area. Robert did an excellent job ensuring he understood my issues and concerns. He walked me to the waiting area. I requested a Pilot Brochure...and he went and found one for me. Someone even asked me if they could make me breakfast! Robert understood my concern with the length of time it might take and he moved me through as quick as he could. When it was done, he walked me out to the car and removed the white Honda paper mat. Everyone was polite...efficient and made my experience the best possible. LOVE the new Honda!!! More
