Terrible Had 12:00 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Got my car back at 2:30 (yes 2 & half HOURS) with oil changed and tires NOT rotated. Honda's new M'Boro facilities are really nice! This was my first visit to M'Boro's new Honda facilities. Wow! What a nice place and plenty of room for their business. I was having several different services performed on my CR-V which took several hours to complete. Their waiting area made the wait easy - "piece of cake"! Starbuck's coffee machine and snacks... when my wait extended on into lunch time - the Cafe Lady asked if I'd like a turkey sandwich - just when I was wondering where the nearest eatery was located! The sandwich was great and she topped it off with a bag of potato chips and follow-on freshly baked chocolate chip cookie! I can hardly wait for my next service day!! More
