Friendly and efficient The last few times I've come in for service, Elijah has been my service advisor. He's friendly, informative, and communicates with me along the way. We recently sold our Chevrolet and bought a Honda, and I can't believe the night and day difference in service quality. I appreciate the free wifi and snacks in the lobby. I can bring my laptop and get work done while I wait so I don't have to take time off. Team Honda from here on out. More

Wheels, tonneau cover. Checked with a couple of dealers in Nashville area and just didn't like what I saw. It hit me then....Dummy, go bact to Murfreesboro. So I called Heath Elliott, the general manger and asked if he wanted to sell me another truck. He remembered me and the fun we had the first time. Told him what I wanted and that wanted to trade other one in. Now we did this all on the phone. This was Tuesday and picked it up Friday. Thought I was lost as they have a new beautiful dealership. State of the art. Health came out and met me and took me ona tour of the new facility. People were very friendy everywhere. No how many car dealerships to you go in and ever meet the GM. Let me tell u something...Health was front and forward and wirking with customers and other members of his team. Retiring from retail management myself you could feel the teamwork and customer service. Went to do my paperwork and low and behold my salesman from whom I bought my first truck from, Burton Sallee. We had a great time talking about the first time. Then Rodney Arviso gave me the lowdown on all the bells and whistles of my new Ridgeline. Judt telling you...don't even look at another dealership. Buy it here. You will walk out feeling real good and you will enjoy the experienced experience. You ask for Heath and tell him Mr. Wonderful sent you. Not only were we able to get a quote online that was the cheapest around, we also weren’t pressured into upgrading to a higher car model and didn’t have ‘hidden fees’ added to the cost. They were more than accommodating to us and our cranky 8 month old as we took the time to make such a big decision. We never felt rushed or obgligated to buy a car and Rodney our salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even if you live out of the area (we drove from Chattanooga) we suggest you look here for your next car! More
