I know the dealership is brand new but they went all out for the waiting room nice seating TV snack bar and Starbucks Coffee this was a treat. There were two waiting rooms one with a TV other one with connections for your computer. I was informed that it would take possibly two hours and was surprised when they came to get me and less than 1 More
Great experience I am from out of town and visiting the Murfreesboro area when I experienced "low tire pressures" on my CRV. I was first greeted by Amanda Copeland wh I am from out of town and visiting the Murfreesboro area when I experienced "low tire pressures" on my CRV. I was first greeted by Amanda Copeland who took all the information and escorted me to the waiting area since I wasn't familiar with the building. Honda employees in waiting area were all friendly and asking if I wanted any refreshments. Tire problem fixed in a timely manner and Ms. Copeland even had my car washed as it was covered with dead bugs and other signs of travel. Wonderful experience!!! More

High quality work, but I wanted the dealer to perform my first oil change so that was the purpose of my visit. All the people I dealt with were polite and very helpful. My only problem, which I expressed to them directly, was that I had to wait almost 2 hours for a simple oil change and basic checkup. This despite having made an appointment. Honestly, I'd love to go there regularly for basic maintenance but, it's a little difficult to justify given the wait times. I still think it's a very good dealership with nice folks but, I wish they could perhaps innovate some type of express service for those needing relatively simple, routine maintenance. More

Made every attempt to help I was having a problem with my car that multiple service departments told me they had never heard of before. Each time I spoke with one I was basicall I was having a problem with my car that multiple service departments told me they had never heard of before. Each time I spoke with one I was basically told my car would have to break down before a problem could be diagnosed, When I called Honda of Murfreesboro, I spoke to a service rep named Grant. He, too, said he had never heard of the problem I was experiencing, BUT he actually brainstormed what it could be. My car was checked by a master technician. The issue could not be pinpointed but I felt heard and not dismissed. More

We came in just to look at & test drive a CR-V after doing extensiv We were shocked at how patient, thorough, & thoughtful our salesman, Victor, was. We came in just to look at & test drive a CR-V after doing extensive research on the internet. Thank heaven we happened to get Victor for our salesman. From the very beginning, it wad obvious that he treats people the way he would want someone to treat his family. He was incredibly patient & did not push us at all. As we made up our minds to buy the CR-V, he was extremely thorough in making sure everything was to our liking & he was very detail oriented, which resulted in our feeling VERY good about the experience. The other people at the dealership were nice too & it seems like they really want to treat people right. I'd highly recommend this dealership, but make sure you ask for Victor. You won't be sorry!
