The personnel and building are great Grace was the person who took care of me, and she couldn't have been nicer. There was an unexpectedly long wait for my car (being serviced), which is Grace was the person who took care of me, and she couldn't have been nicer. There was an unexpectedly long wait for my car (being serviced), which is the only reason I give 4 rather than 5 stars. The new building is great with different seating areas; I sat at a small table in the snack bar section with my tablet and passed the time. The whole process has been kicked up a notch and the customer service is very good. I am a loyal Honda customer; the experience today increases my loyalty to Honda of Murfreesboro. More
You get so much more than great service!!! I have tears in my eyes!!!! I've had a rough couple of days and today I took my car in for a recall fix (takota airbag). Went in with my three kids, n I have tears in my eyes!!!! I've had a rough couple of days and today I took my car in for a recall fix (takota airbag). Went in with my three kids, no ac and soaked in sweat when we got there. When I got back in my car and went down the driveway, I was about to put the windows down when I noticed WE HAVE AIR!!! No cost at all. I can't thank you all enough for the care you've provided us. You have no idea what that meant for me. Seriously, tears are still streaming down my face. THANK YOU AND MAY GOD BLESS YOU!!!! More

Customer Service??? I made an online appointment, and visited Honda Service department for the first time I pulled my car in the service area. I noticed at least 3 empl I made an online appointment, and visited Honda Service department for the first time I pulled my car in the service area. I noticed at least 3 employees saw me pull in, but they didn’t come out to help me. I waited there for a while, and finally a female employee came out and hand-gestured to me to move forward (without an eye contact) while she walked across in front of my car. I'm glad I didn't ran her over. This person just walked away and did not come to help me with my appointment. They don’t seems to be enthusiastic to work there. In my past experience, service department at other dealerships attends customers more quickly. Other than that, the facility is brand new and the waiting room is clean and comfortable. Ladies at the snack bar and cashier were very nice, but some male employees were not that friendly. More
