We sourced 3 buyers programs to capitalize on best price/features for our model choice and also sourced 2 dealerships in our search. Vince responded to our email request and we met with Max Watson and he didn’t push us at all, and while very busy made time for test drive and answered all our questions and in addition informed us of a military and college grad incentive programs. Only Went Because I Have a Honda The last time I had my vehicle serviced a piece didn't get placed back onto it's location. I called yesterday for a part and scheduled the appointment The last time I had my vehicle serviced a piece didn't get placed back onto it's location. I called yesterday for a part and scheduled the appointment. There was no record of the diagnostic test so I had to tell them what part I needed. Thankfully, I was able to locate my sheet that was printed. Long story short, my paperwork today said that I declined the FREE multi check inspection. That wasn't true as I wasn't asked/informed of one. My vehicle wasn't washed. The service tech had to watch me drive mine through the express wash. And my automatic lights were turned off. I keep them on. The person who answers for the service department sounds like she doesn't like her job. The waiting area is very clean. More
