First impression of the new dealership was everything is so clean and orderly! I was greeted by one of the service writers who was very friendly and courteous. He led me to the waiting area and asked me if I needed anything. When my Pilot was done they washed it. Who does that? My overall impression is extremely positive. Most will try to up sell you, and they didn’t, and everyone was professional and courteous. The survey wanted me to select who I worked with and I don’t recall his name from the selection below. Purchased used SUV Sales staff, manager, finance person, receptionist- everyone was very nice and courteous. Seemed knowledgeable about there jobs .
