Received attention from associates and made comfortable. Being my first visit I was trying to determine where to go to have the oil changed when Sam walked up, as I believe he was coming back from lunch, and Being my first visit I was trying to determine where to go to have the oil changed when Sam walked up, as I believe he was coming back from lunch, and asked if he could help. He took my information and showed me where I could wait, where the complimentary beverages and chips were etc. He kept me up on how much longer it should be and explained the results from the test they had run. When signing the paperwork there were two sets filled out one with the Salesman NOT knowledgeable Tried TWICE TO CHARGE ME MORE than the list price. When signing the paperwork there were two sets filled out one with the higher price and one with the correct price. He presented me with the higher total first as if I was a bafoon and wouldn’t notice. My name was spelled wrong on both sets. It’s a pretty easy name JEANNE, Supervisors, rude and couldn’t have been any less interested. Incompetent Not enough words to express what a dreadful experience it was! I would never treat a client the way they did. They must not need the business. More
