Best experience ever I first contacted Honda of Ocala on Sunday April 1st requesting information on a car they had. I was immediately contacted and my questions answered, I first contacted Honda of Ocala on Sunday April 1st requesting information on a car they had. I was immediately contacted and my questions answered, even with it being Easter. I started adventure of requesting more information on Monday with Frank Maiorino, who in turn answered every question. The car I was interested in was in the detail shop and even though I was anxious about being able to see the car Frank kept me posted and said he would do a video as soon as it was finished being detailed, which he did. After seeing the video I couldn't get to the dealership soon enough. I knew in my heart that I wanted this car. It was everything Frank said it was and exceeded my expectations. When we arrived at the dealership we were met by Frank and he explained the features of the car and we took a test drive. All was awesome. Frank helped us complete the papers to purchase the car and we met with Ramy who was very professional and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I was very pleased with the friendly staff that works at Honda of Ocala. Frank is an asset to your sales team and does more than is expected to make sure his clients are taken care of and all answers answered. Upon completing the process of purchasing the car and leaving the dealership Frank made sure that everything in the car was set up how I wanted it and that I had a proper understanding of the amazing features on the car.
