Out of this world I have known Emilio Perez for a while. He is one of the most passionate car salesmen you'll ever meet. He is there for the consumer to do anything he can to make your visit like being at home. So if you want a car salesman that will work for you this is a guy Emilio Perez. No one tops him. He will work his butt off for you until after closing hours. And he still tries to help you even after the dealership is closed. Cuz I know I was there till 9:30. Emilio Texas job and does his job professionally. As I said before he is there for the customer to make your acquaintance a great experience and a happy one. Excellent with a qualifier Frank M was my internet sales contact. Frank was able to get me the price that I wanted for a new CRV EXL. As I was trading in my 2015 CRV Frank coo Frank M was my internet sales contact. Frank was able to get me the price that I wanted for a new CRV EXL. As I was trading in my 2015 CRV Frank coordinated the trade in negotiation with the Sales Department Management Team. After some reasonable back and forth a trade in value was agreed to. Frank then locked in my new CRV from inventory just received off the truck. Frank put into motion all the required tasks to get my new vehicle ready for delivery. This required coordination with the Service Department as a list of accessories would have to be ordered and installed. Frank assured me that he would contact me as soon as all the required prep work ha been completed. Frank also went over the checklist that accomplishes all of the predetermined settings for the door lock operation, cell phone pairing, and electronic equipment. Frank advised me that when the vehicle is ready that he would go over all of the specifics of the vehicle system operations to assure that I was comfortable with the operation of said systems. I am scheduled to take delivery in two days. The excellent rating was reduced to good only because of the time I had to spend waiting for the Finance Department to process my purchase documents. It took approximately 1.5 hours of wait time to see the Finance Department Representative. It was explained to me that I was the sixth purchaser in line to get thru. The Finance Department Customer Service Reps had only two Reps available due to one employee out for the day. I highly suggest that Honda of Ocala management brainstorm to remove this log jam in their purchase process. Update: Picked up the vehicle today. The vehicle was delivered with all of the required accessories installed. Frank M gave me a detailed review of all of the required safety features, set-up the various electronic features, and answered all of my questions. I have to say that Frank M does an outstanding job in assuring that the customer has been fully satisfied with the purchase, delivery, and acceptance of the vehicle. Joe C in the Service Department was on top of all the requirements that I had specified to prepare the vehicle to my expectations. Kenneth D in Finance had all of my paperwork ready for my acceptance of the vehicle today. Waseem T provided management oversight to ensure I was fully satisfied. The entire process today was painless, no delays, and well organized. As a result I am now upgrading my original overall rating for the dealership to excellent. I highly recommend using Honda of Ocala for a your new purchase of any Honda model. More

"We aren't Wal-Mart, we don't give returns" I do not want to waste anymore time with this company then I have to, and after voicing my concern with the car I purchased I got a saleman, Melvin, t I do not want to waste anymore time with this company then I have to, and after voicing my concern with the car I purchased I got a saleman, Melvin, that was willing to go above and beyond, but a manager that was extremely unprofessional and degrading. When I stated Melvin wanted me to take pictures and bring the car in because he wanted his customers happy, Justin responded by saying " that's only happening if Melvin pays out of his pocket." I asked about my warrantee and he said what I meant ones wasn't covered but he can give me a quote on what he would charge me. When I asked the policy about returning the vehicle, he stated I can exchange it, and I asked again so if I wanted to return it less than 24 hours later, he responded, "we aren't Wal-Mart, we don't give returns." I'm very happy with my SUV and really wouldn't trade it in, but the customer service was so poor on management side, I didn't want to give them my business. Again, I understand I bought a used car, but when I try to voice my concerns on their inventory,, I was belittled. Melvin, thank you for your customer service! If the manager was selling the vehicle, I wouldn't of purchased it. More

He explained the financing options and once we got to Honda financing the process, although long, was detailed and easy to understand. There were several "optional" add on services at additional cost shown, but there was no pressure to buy. All together as enjoyable an experience as you could have when interacting with a car dealership. More
