The worse I bought a car 8 months ago from them , 1) the car was sold with nails on the tires, it took them 2 visit to notice that then they notice one week aft I bought a car 8 months ago from them , 1) the car was sold with nails on the tires, it took them 2 visit to notice that then they notice one week after buying the car, it had wrong size tires on the all four tires 3) the sales person told me I could be getting tint, after 3 weeks of him telling me waiting for approval from manger he tells it was taken out of the deal . today Nov 2016 I go to get my oil change I notice 2 nails on my tires I took it back the next day to show them and they wanted to charge me to take the nails out 4) I call the service manger and all he did was ask for my number and then hangs up the phone on me. I don't understand how a dealership could have people like this working for them rude , promise you the world to close a deal and back down . Until today after 8 months no manager has done anything and I go to get a Free oil change ( thats was add to my contract) and I get tried like xxxx. The ONLY person that good Customer service and works hard to make her customer happy is Don't shop here they have no customer service experience. So all my life, all I have bought is honda this just make me go to a different place . More

This dealership and our salesperson, Sam Ferron make that plan possible. It was obvious that Sam was deeply concerned in providing the highest level of customer satisfaction possible by being attentive to our specific needs and by being extreamely knowledgeable of the product. Something that we have not experienced previously, considering we purchased a new vehicle in 2012 and again in 2014 at competing car dealers.. terrible to deal with went to the dealer, and as soon as I stepped inside, a sales person by the name of HARRY, approached and asked id he could help. I said that I was shopping around and I needed a price on a HR-V. He said that I should go to other dealers and obtain prices and the return, and he would beat their quote.! I again asked for a quote on the HR-V, and he refused. !!! I the left and drove to Leesburg Honda and dealt with them. Because of HARRYS rudeness, Honda of Ocala lost a sale. NOTE: I have leased from Honda since 1996, for a total of nine vehicles, so far. And 5 of those have been from Honda of Ocala. Of all the dealers, I got the best deal from the Honda dealer in Georgia!!! SO, take my word for it, I will not deal with Honda of Ocala, when they have rude sales people.!!!!!!! More
