I liked a different set of tires/rims they had on another similar car on the lot and they switched it out for the ones on the car I bought for no charge and no hassle. Now for the "but"; it came time for the financing portion of the deal and signing all the paperwork. Everything was going fine until the dreaded, but surely will be brought up "GAP insurance" pitch along with other warranties and extended coverages. The guy couldn't get it through his head that I wasn't paying approx $30 a month for GAP coverage. Tried to use a lot of pressure and kept letting me know I was "rolling the dice" and taking on too big of a risk by not buying THEIR coverages. I kept a teling him over and over and over and over that I was not buying it from them and that I don't disagree with the necessity of the coverage depending on your situation but that I would do my own research and then purchase the coverages at a later date if I wanted. Again, kept with the scare tactics and saying "you have to do it now" type crap. Well..... I called my insurance company and got the EXACT same coverage they tried to pitch to me for $1.60 a month, nearly 20 times less than what they were offering. I know it's his job to pitch it and create worst case scenario's because they make ALOT of profit on this but don't sit here and argue numbers with an engineer. More

I was running late for an appointment and needed some help setting up the electronics in my new CRV such as navigation and the syncing of the phone. Please remember I am older (HA HA) and not very tech savy. Tony came out from whatever he was doing in the Service Dept. and gave me his undivided attention while he walked me through everything and answered my questions. He was very patient. Tony is a low key guy and very friendly. I really appreciated his help. He spent a considerable amount of time with me. Anyhow, I am off and running now. Thank you, Tony, for your capable assistance. Kristen knew what I wanted in a tire, did the research for me, wrote up a quote, ordered my tires, scheduled my appointment, and personally interacted with maintenance to see that everything was completed as expected. I had arrived early, but my car was taken in right away. I was very pleasently surprised when Kristen announced that my tires were mounted & balanced, the wheel alignment completed, a 27 point safety check was done, the car had been washed, and I was ready to ride away in just half the time predicted for my appointment.
