Kristen knew what I wanted in a tire, It's my good fortune to have service advisor Kristen Lewter to help with four tire replacement recommendations. Kristen knew what I wanted in a tire, did the research for me, wrote up a quote, ordered my tires, scheduled my appointment, and personally interacted with maintenance to see that everything was completed as expected. I had arrived early, but my car was taken in right away. I was very pleasently surprised when Kristen announced that my tires were mounted & balanced, the wheel alignment completed, a 27 point safety check was done, the car had been washed, and I was ready to ride away in just half the time predicted for my appointment. A nice little scam they have. Recently I took in my 2007 CR-V for the recall replacement of a door lock actuator (the second one to fail in a year, but that's another story). I only go to this dealer when I have to for any warranty work (which has only been twice). Of course, they always do a "complete courtesy" check. Well, they "found" a list of about 7 items that needed to be done--at a cost of about $5,700. I told them I was going to get a second opinion, but if it were all true, I was not going to spend that kind of money on a car with 117,000 miles on it. Well, obviously the sales people know this, because in the lounge area they had a very friendly marketing rep come talk to customers and try to get them to meet with a salesman to see what kind of an "upgrade" they can work out. I did drive a new CR-V to see what they are like, but I told them I couldn't afford it right now. So a couple of days later I went to two different mechanics I know and they both told me that there was noting wrong with the car. And they BOTH told me that they get people from dealers all the time who do this. It's a nice scam, isn't it? They both also said that the CR-V's last forever and virtually never need the kind of work that the dealer had told me. More

I as greeted by Gabe V and told him exactly what my girlfriend and I wanted. After a short test drive and an hour or two of negotiations we drove out with our new car. The whole process could not have been so easy and simple. Gabriel was the most accommodating salesman I have ever encountered. Responsive, helpful, and informative. It was a complete difference from the Honda of Gainesville experience where we test drove three cars and the salesman didn't even take down our info or ask our name. 110% would go back again to Gabe and Honda of ocala. Very dissapointed My wife tried to trade in her car to get in a bigger vehicle. The salesman she dealt with, William Castaneda did not work with her at all on lowering the price on the vehicle or giving a fair price on the trade. The vehicle she wanted was a 2015 CRV which he kept claiming was brand new. Even if it was never driven, 2015 is already a year old. She left feeling insulted and said he was very disrespectful. I tried to contact the general manager via email with my concerns, and was replied to by another salesman who clearly didn't read the whole email. I responded again and never received a response from the GM. I do not appreciate the disrespect and recommend anyone else to drive to Gainesville or Orlando for your Honda More

If something was off in any way shape or form, he would re do it . It had to meet his standards. It goes to show you that ALL service reflects on the Dealer.
