I asked for a $300 payment and when i went to sign my paperwork my payment ended up being $272 dollars. I was also able to eat breakfast at their cafe while i waited. Emilio Perez ended up being my salesman and he was just amazing. Not only did he make me feel welcome and appreciated, he assured me that he had all the patience necessary to walk me through the exact car I was looking for. I've never met any other salesman with the manners, understanding, and patience as that man right there. So when it came time to buy my new car there was no question as to where we were going. Deluca Toyota of course..Even knew the vehicle was I going to get..we went, looked and found the vehicle. But when we found someone to help us we were made to feel like unwanted guests, not only from salesman but also sales manager. They did not want to deal and I told them to call us if they could come down from the figure they were giving us...we left and I cannot tell you how dissappointed I was, one because wewere treated so poorly and two because I wanted a new car ,but told my husband that I would not buy another vehicle from Deluca. As a fluke we decided to check out Honda of Ocala. WOW. Am I glad we did that. First and foremost our salesman, Christian Calle, was the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was personable, listened to what we wanted and did not want, did not push us into anything. Was very patient and explained differences between the 2 Honda vehicles we were looking at. He spent as much time with us as we needed. He did not rush to get us into a deal and onto the next customer. I can say that it was a absolute pleasure working with Christian. Ricky the Sales Manager was as friendly and accomadating as possible also... (maybe it helped that he and I are both Notre Dame fans?) My husband and I are now diehard Honda fans thanks to all the people at Honda of Ocala. From the service folks that we met while on tour, to Troy the finacial officer, to Ricky sales mgr. but mostly because of Christian Calle. Thank you so much for a great vehicle( that I absolutly love) and a great buying experience. 2014 Honda Accord Ammar Jaber is an excellent sales rep. I am very HAPPY my sister referred me to him. I was there on a Sunday, and the first salesperson seemed to be in a rush and asked us to come back on Monday. My sister had to ask for the keys, so I can at least look at it and drive it, a 2015 Civic. I wanted the car badly, but, unfortunately, they would not come down to my CASH price. The salesperson man flat out said NO. Anyway, I went back on Tuesday and met with Ammar, and he sold me a 2014 Honda Accord, it's not what I wanted, BUT he treated me like a human and took the time to assist me with the purchase ;) and I love my new car. Ammar Jaber is the salesperson that you want as a customer when buying a car, so please ask for him. You will not regret using him. More

Not hassle free dealership my wife and I just came in to have both of our Honda cars serviced. Then they offered to check in with sales for trade in. We met with Harry from sale my wife and I just came in to have both of our Honda cars serviced. Then they offered to check in with sales for trade in. We met with Harry from sales he was good and very kind. My problem is I hate dealerships that hassle you that is where sales manager Ramy comes in this guy would not take no for an answer. At one point we where leaving and he followed us. His tactic unfortunately worked after several hours we bought a car. I hate dealerships that hassle you and broke my own rule on buying. If you liked getting hassled this is this the dealership for you. I can honestly say I will not purchase anthor car from here. The bright spot was service was fast and dependable and Chris was great. the horrors of buying a new car! I hate dealing with "car salesmen"! But what an experience I just had with Emilio Perez. Christopher Dehn is the stereotypical car salesman that only cares about the bottom line, and may not represent the other dealers. He kept assuring us he would not make any extra commission from the sale, which you would have to be a fool to believe. He assured us the tires were brand new on the vehicle we test drove and bought, and this was a blatant lie. He promised us a gift card upon purchase of our vehicle, and we are still waiting on that after 3 months. He failed to locate us a second key for the vehicle, which is not standard operating procedure. We like the dealership, but we recommend steering clear of Christopher Dehn. More
