Almost five years, and three vehicles later between my Mother and I, I found myself back at Honda of Ocala searching for the perfect mini-van to complement my new MommyHood and new vehicle needs. I loved the Pilot I purchased in 2011, but now with a stroller, car seat, diaper bag and a wiggly baby I definitively was ready to cross over from the SUV to what I hoped would be my first Odyssey. When I came in, I was not sure of how much vehicle i could afford and I did not want to loose out on the options I had in my 2011 Pilot. Mike Lehman, Ramy Tarawneh, Mike Keegan, Jr, Ted Shoup, and Mr. Steve Hoggle were fabulous. We looked at several different Odyssey models and found the perfect package to fit my needs now and looking down the road, with budget, style and amenities in mind. I drove nearly two hours to Honda of Ocala rather than to the dealership 15 minutes from my home because I knew these gentleman would help me find the vehicle of my dreams that fit my needs perfectly. When we left, I felt more than comfortable that I had found a vehicle that was safe, great on fuel economy and extremely baby friendly. With the giant car seat the baby has that is rear facing, he would always fuss in the Pilot. Now that we have a gorgeous Odyssey with huge rear windows the baby goes right in his car seat with no fuss and loves to look out the windows. We have so many baby friendly options now, I am in heaven. The built in cooler drawer in the front is perfect for baby food pouches on long trips, and the built in rear sun shades help baby to sleep without being disturbed. I have more than adequate cargo space and the automatic sliding doors are so awesome when your hands are full!!! I would not take my vehicle any where for service or for a trade than Honda of Ocala. And I would recommend this stellar team to all my friends and family. My Mother has already purchased a vehicle from them and I am happy to recommend them to all of my friends and coworkers. At any other dealership I would constantly feel that I had to be on guard. At Honda of Ocala, I feel welcomed and at home. The prices are fair and are flexible with every type of budget. They are family friendly, kind, extremely patient and very generous with their time. No matter how long or how hard, they will find the vehicle that meets your needs and makes your dreams come true. And thats why I keep coming back!!! Thanks for everything!!!!! More

It may have been a longer drive to get there but definitely worth it .On making an internet request for a new car quote, I was contacted by Kevin Cash of Internet Sales first by email and then by phone. He was responsive to my questions and concerns and treated me with respect, unlike several other car sales persons at other dealers who seemed to talk down to me as a woman. Kevin was quite refreshing to speak with and he gave me straight figures instead of humble jumble. Kevin was straight forward, honest and sincere. When my husband and I came in to meet him and look at the vehicle that we had been discussing, we were greeted as special guests. There was no high pressure, confusing rhetoric or twisting of figures. As a result, we drove out in a new 2014 Accord EX-L and couldn't be happier. More

Chris did what I believe to be a thorough search because I could tell immediately that he was good at his job. He spoke intellengently and was fun to talk to. Aftter coming up empty he got Emilio Perez involved. Together they tag teamed in a way that I had to come down and meet them. They convinced me in the most fun and courtious way that we could work something out. It wasn't long before I trusted them totally. Together they made buying this car an enjoyment. The car is fantastic and impressive and those guys know and do their job well. My money was well spent. Chris and Emilio along with Ocala Honda rates the highest. After the deal was sealed, Ramy Tarawneh stepped out to congradulate me and made me feel more welcome. To seal it up, Ken Davis was just as proffessional and helped with some tough decisions and made it a snap. After the deal was over I hung out for a while talking with Chris and Emilio. I was in no hurry to leave and that says a lot about those guys. They have great personalities and are sincere and down to earth. To me that matters very much. Unbelievable Service Mike Lehman helped us purchase a 2014 Honda Odyssey from Honda of Ocala in September 2013. At the time he provided incredible service going above and beyond what was expected, even giving us his cell phone number. He encouraged us to call him anytime if we had a question or problem. Seven months later, I misplaced my keys and was unable to unlock my van. I called his cell phone after the service department was closed for the night to simply ask him a question about unlocking it. He and his wife drove to where I was stranded and was arranging for someone from the service department to meet us to help unlock my van. I located my keys as he was arriving and was terribly embarrassed that he had gone to so much trouble. He (and his wife) were incredible. They never made me feel like I had inconvenienced them or interrupted their evening. He again encouraged me to call whenever I had a problem and told me to always ask for him specifically when calling the dealership. I am so impressed by his commitment to his customers and their satisfaction! We love our Honda van but we really love the personal service Mike provides. Chris our Service Advisor was courteous and fun to work with. Our new Fit, which was purchased at Honda of Ocala, is under full warranty and Auto Butler and its services were free. However, our 2004 Odyssey needed its 100,000 mile check up and oil change and Honda of Ocala has given my older Odyssey the same courtesy as the new ones. I love my Odyssey and want to keep it running for quit awhile and so does Honda of Ocala. I also had some money saving coupons that were gladly taken and saved us money. The nice surroundings, internet connection and a free lunch is such a nice feature. And one more feature was, that our cars were washed and cleaned when they were brought out to us. We were out of the service area in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks Honda of Ocala we'll be back! More

One satisfied customer Saturday October 5th 2013 I stopped at Honda of Ocala just to see if the 2014 models had arrived. I had no intentions of buying a car from that dealer Saturday October 5th 2013 I stopped at Honda of Ocala just to see if the 2014 models had arrived. I had no intentions of buying a car from that dealership as I had a bad experience there in 2010. I was greeted on the lot by Mike Lehman, he was very helpful in locating the exact model and color I was looking for. Mr. Lehman made the process of buying a new car enjoyable as it should be. I have purchased many automobiles through the years and I would have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. Mike Lehman was true gentleman and very professional through the whole process not to mention I think he gave me a pretty good deal. I returned about a month later to Honda of Ocala to purchase some touch paint for an unfortunate scratch that happened on the front bumper. Mike saw me there and came over to see if I needed anything, I told him what had happened and he insisted on ordering the correct paint and at no charge to me. I was driving through The Villages when the car was struck be a golf ball, which put a deep dent in the trunk lid. Once again Mike was there for me; he made an appointment for me the following week with their dent repair specialist and again he said there was no charge. I left there 100 percent satisfied. I can't say enough good things about Honda of Ocala, they are truly a first class dealership and have changed the way I view car buying. I only hope that Mike Lehman is there for the next car I buy from Honda of Ocala. More
