I had an absolutely great expierence with Honda of Ocala. I purchased an 05 Ford Freestyle, and this was my very first vehicle purchase from a dealership. I was very nervious and aprihensive, but both Brand I purchased an 05 Ford Freestyle, and this was my very first vehicle purchase from a dealership. I was very nervious and aprihensive, but both Brandon and Steve took care of me and put all of my worries to ease. I had innatially looked online at the inventory and then spoke with Brandon and Steve. When I got to the dealership Brandon had my car parked out front just waiting on me to fall in love with it. Brandon took time with me during my test drive to make sure that I was comforitable with the car and that I loved it as much as I thought I would. There were a couple of small things with my car that needed service and they got that taken care of very quickly. Ovi was such a great salesman. He was not pushy at all, so we automatically felt safe with him. He took his time showing us different models and came along on the test drives.
