This dealer advertised Ladie's Day on Monday, so I decided to take my car in for an oil change. I was so surprised and elated that the service people, manager, and lady who worked at the cafe were friendly and professional & finished my oil change in record time! They didn't try to sell me anything, or tell me my car needed repairs. They honored competitor coupons and were professional! The only thing I thought was a little out of place was an award they won from the Breast Cancer Awareness Group, which was a pink bra, placed in a "trophy" case which was on display at the cash register. Even though it was a recognition from an outside organization, I felt it was somewhat crude. More

Being new to Florida I was not familiar with the reputation of the local car dealers. I decided to try the Internet and found this web site. I had three different car manufactures in mind. I thought I would start with Honda and after reading the various reviews, it sounded like Dave Knight at Honda of Ocala was going to provide me with the buying experience I was hoping for, but don't always find. So I called Dave and set up an appointment. Dave and Honda of Ocala did not disappoint. Dave took his time and went over all the functions of the car, he made sure all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Dave went over the various purchase/leasing options so we would know what was available. Negotiating a price and trade in value for our car were not like any other experiences I've had before, no pressure, no fighting for a hundred dollars here or a hundred dollars there. I would have no problem sending family members to see Dave Knight and Honda of Ocala. Great job Dave and thank you! More

I went in looking for a used Honda CRV and was looking to test drive. They were having a promotional weekend and I wanted to see if they were really have great deals. Went to buy new car 6-5-12 from Honda of Ocala FL. Noticed that dealership had inflated price by almost 6000.00 dollars. Their answer is selling so fast that they have surcharge. Economy is so great that they believe the consumer will pay what amounts to a 20% increase car sticker just shy of 30,000. When they could not make a deal and I was going to check another dealer they berated the dealer in a very lod voice in middle of showroom. The other delaer was going to "jerk" me off, they were not the bestand they were going to lie etc. I will not buy or recommend honda of ocala because of their tactics. I would never say anything bad about someone and berate them to make a point. This only makes the dealership look smalland suspect. The other dealership was not adding anything to sticker more of an honest dealer. More

Before we set out to purchase a new vehicle, my husband and I had a price in mind that we wanted to spend (probably quite unreasonably low). Once we researched the different makes that would suit our needs, we decided on a Honda CR-V EX-L. (I especially wanted the rear view camera.) Because we were willing to drive quite a distance to obtain the best possible price, I initially contacted all Honda dealers within a wide radius of our home by e-mail. Troy Vandal from Honda of Ocala was willing to work with us this way and was very helpful. Troy and his manager Bill Johnson did all they could to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price close to what we wanted to pay. We had done a lot of shopping around, and I honestly feel that we couldn't have gotten it for a nickel less anywhere else. We couldn't believe how nice everyone was at the dealership. Troy and Harry Vasquez made sure that the car was in perfect condition and that we were confident that we understood all of its features before we drove off the lot. Although we're going to have to drive a little farther, we are definitely going to be coming to Honda of Ocala for service and maintenance on our new CRV. We are very, very happy with our car and equally happy with Honda of Ocala. We would definitely recommend them. More
