Worked with my wife and self to go from two vehicles to one. Great financing and price with no pressure to buy at this time. Our decision was to purchase a new 2012 Pilot. one. Great financing and price with no pressure to buy at this time. Our decision was to purchase a new 2012 Pilot. More
Our salesperson, Ammar Tarawneh, was very informative and a pleasant person to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market to buy a new car. OK, after seeing all these "great" reviews I got even more depressed than I was at the dealership. I went in with a recall letter that was supposed to be free. I was told before they took my c got even more depressed than I was at the dealership. I went in with a recall letter that was supposed to be free. I was told before they took my car back to work on it that I needed a battery (There was a little corrosion on one of the posts but I never had a problem) I was told that if I didn't replace the battery it would damage the post and that would be costly. Ok, do it. Then after about 30 minutes, I was called into the garage to look at the brake pad wear and told I needed brake pads and rotors. Again, I had no evidence of anything being wrong. My car does have 65,000 miles on it. I hesitated, citing I would wait a few months and was told I needed to have it done right away and that I could get a credit card through them with 6 months same as cash. I am a financially responsible person and didn't want this "easy credit". Bottom line, I think I agreed to work that was not as urgent as they made it seem. I don't know how to recommend or not recommend, what are you going to do when you get a letter citing a safety recall? And all dealers probably do this. Also, while I was waiting at the cafe bar, a salesman came up to me and tried to get me to trade in my car. When I told him no, he didn't stop trying to push. I have just moved to Florida, and contrary to what it seems is the opinion of seniors here, we aren't all made of money. I am on a limited income, single, and just wanted to live somewhere where I could remain active for what time I have left. I feel like I was targeted and actually felt violated while I was in the dealership and have been depressed ever since because I feel like I was played for a fool. I should mention that I had my tires rotated at my home town just before moving here, and they didn't mention me needing anything to do with brakes. I was just a sucker, please do be on your guard, I will from now on. More

I was having an extremely difficult time determining whether or not I wanted a new car. I believe I would describe myself as a 'very difficult' customer. Mr. Mike Lehman, over a two-day period of dealing with my indecision, showed himself to be very patient with my emotional responses. Over the two days I also met with other Honda team members to resolve my problems. Every one of them responded in a most professional and compassionate manner. I do not believe there are many businesses (especially in todays difficult economic climate) where you would have been treated in such a responsible fashion. Mr. Lehman deserves a pat on the back for being a great salesman, a good man, and a true gentleman. Thank you all so very much. More
We purchased a Toyota Sienna in Ohio just prior to our move to Ocala. We found that we received better service at a better price at Honda of Ocala than the local Toyota dealer. We were considering trad move to Ocala. We found that we received better service at a better price at Honda of Ocala than the local Toyota dealer. We were considering trading the Sienna on a new car and wanted to compare the Honda CRV to the Toyota Rav-4 and Hyundai Sante Fe. We started our search at Honda of Ocala and never ventured any further. Mike Lehman and Ammar Tarawneh worked with us and bent over backward to get us a deal we could live with. We were very impressed with everyone and never felt that we were pressured in any way. We were already sold on the service department and now can say the same about the sales department. Initially, we planned to only look at the Hondy Odyssey after having researched "best minivans." We had decided on Honda Odyssey, but did not plan to buy this day. We wanted to make absolutely sure that t after having researched "best minivans." We had decided on Honda Odyssey, but did not plan to buy this day. We wanted to make absolutely sure that the van would work for me as the driver, since I have some physical issues. Based upon these concerns, the salesman, Amarr Tarawneh, and the manager of Honda of Ocala encouraged us to take the vehicle out and actually drive in town to make sure that I could handle the vehicle in day to day driving situations. This would have been unprecedented in the Fort Lauderdale area, in which we live. The team at Honda went above and beyond in making sure that this is what I would, in fact, purchase in the future. My husband and I were not jumped on when we entered the dealership, nor were we pressured once we discussed terms. EVEN AFTER DECIDING TO PURCHASE the vehicle, the dealership team was extremely friendly, helpful, and appeared genuinely sincere about making certain we were absolutely satisfied and made every attempt to accommodate all of our needs. We were very, very pleased to make our purchase at this dealership. All dealerships are "there to sell cars" and this is understood, but the experience was one of the best we have ever had, and we have bought many, many vehicles over the years. Thank you Ammar and your team! The Arnold family More
