I brought our 2010 Insight in for it's regular Auto Butler service. While waiting, I walked into the sales department, just out of curiosity. The rest is history...I was immediately asked by a salesman if he could help, told him the reason for my visit, & mentioned that our Insight did not have cruise control. To make a long story short, I walked out of there with a new 2012 Honda Civic EX, which we agreed to make as a lease. This is the 6th car we've purchased from Honda of Ocala since 2001, making the lease a practical one, since obviously, we could trade every 3 years without upsetting our routine. The reason we keep choosing Honda of Ocala is because of their friendly & professional manner, including all the salesmen & service personnel. My salesman this trip was Ramy (can't think of last name) who bent over backward to make sure I was satisfied with our purchase. More

Again a bad experience with this Honda service dept. For a second time a tire has separated and they are full of excuses why this is not a warrenty item. Both times I took the tire to other repair shop a second time a tire has separated and they are full of excuses why this is not a warrenty item. Both times I took the tire to other repair shops and they said that the damage was due to separation and should be under warrenty. This time when I called I was already at another shop that discovered the problem a large bubble in the tread of my tire where the belts were separating. This caused that area of the tire to go bald. What does tire expert Jennifer at Honda of Ocala Say. you must have dragged the tire with the emergency brake. LIKELY since it was on the front of the car. Anyway if you want good service then DON'T go to honda of ocala! More
Thanks to Ammar this was the first time my wife enjoyed going shopping for a new vehicle. We had stopped in just to see if she could get in and out of a CRV without any problems because of her arthritis. T going shopping for a new vehicle. Another guy Ramy (?)was helping him and kind of took over. I was not impressed with his pushiness, and frankly "talking down" to me. I'm a college educated man, I can do math. I'm not stupid, and don't like to be talked to like I am. I understand the concept of mpg (da).Ramy tell me how if I spend $100 a month in gas at 28 mpg, how am I going to save $50 a month by getting 37 mpg. Twice I almost walked out, but my wife liked the car. If she wasn't there I would have gone to Hyndai, or asked for someone else. I don't like to be rude or hurt anyones feelings, so I probably would have just left. Anyway in spite of that we liked Phillip, and we know the exceptional service you give after the sale. You guys do a fantastic job with that, and that is what really brought me through your front doors. More

This auto was bought strictly for my wife to get around the Villages in its many activities and to the stores surrounding this community. He was thorough without the usual pressure many salesmen exhibit. he did consult with his internet sales manager, John Simms, on a couple of items and both were settled to our satisfaction.Kudos to the mentioned staff as well as the financial agent. The clean showroom and the waiting room with its TV, comfortable sitting with coffee, etc. makes the waiting time pass away faster while the auto is serviced. we would highly recommend friends and neighbors to this dealership.
