We are committed to providing high quality customers service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at Honda of Ocala. Please allow us to address your issues one at a time. First, this vehicle, while not Honda factory Certified, it was prepared for sale under our Honda of Ocala “certified” program. Any vehicle that we sell under that program comes with a limited warranty for 90 days and covers 100% of the repairs on the engine, transmission, drive train, steering, brakes, electrical and air conditioning. It is possible that it may still have some factory warranty coverage depending on the delivery date. If there are any mechanical issues, even though we are outside the 90 days of the dealership sponsored warranty, we will be glad to have one our mechanics look at the vehicle, diagnose the problem, and have it fixed using the factory warranty coverage. If there is no longer factory coverage, we will be more than happy to absorb some of the cost of the repairs for you. This is not an extension of your dealership coverage but simply a good will gesture to help fix the mechanical issues if there are any. Second, it appears that the windshield has been replaced at the dealerships expense. Please advise if that is not the case. Third, we check all fluid levels on all vehicles before we offer them for sale. We checked yours as well and there were no issues at that time. Again, if there are any issues with this vehicle now, we will be more than happy to attempt to get them resolved as addressed in the above paragraph. Finally, if you desire, we will be glad to work with you to trade this vehicle on another vehicle. You are the legal owner of this vehicle and there is a loan on it. We would need you to trade that vehicle in and the loan will need to be satisfied as part of the transaction. If this is an option that you wish to pursue, I can work with you and the Used Car Manager in an attempt to make the numbers as attractive as possible. As always, 100% customer satisfaction is our goal and I would like to apologize for falling short of your expectations. I hope that we can work together to try and resolve these issues. They cannot find a vehicle for me to trade that would be suitable and told me to take the car I purchased home. Honda of Ocala refuses to take responsiblity for their actions and told me to just live with a car that has been in the shop more than I have driven it. They are very dishonorable.
