I am really pleased with my choice of a Honda Odyssey. I needed a new car because I needed a car with a backup camera and a lift. I went in there a little apprehensive because I didn't know how much Odysse needed a new car because I needed a car with a backup camera and a lift. In addition, Honda of Ocala made all the arrangements for the lift to be installed at no cost to me. The backup camera is great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. For me....buying a car is something I NEVER look forward to!! In the past, I've dealt with dealerships that were obviously only there for themselves and not the customer. I was greeted by Mr. Dave Knight. He was superb in his personality, manner of presentation, demoinstration of the vehicle(s) that I was interested in purchasing. When I became aware that the vehicle I originally desired to acquire, was beyound my financial sbility, togather we turned to the next vehicle that I was intrested in acquiring. When it then became evident that that vehicle was also beyond my financial ability, Mr. Knight went to bat and came up with the lesser (alternate) vehicle. He demonstrated it and never gave up his desire to equip me with a lesser trim that i could agree to. He was superior in his manner of salesmanship. He is the type of individual that you would care to have in a foxhol;e with you. The appraiser, Mr. Bill ????? was extremely helpful in assisting Mr Knight and myself in selecting a vehicle (that I purchsed). Mr. Sam ??????, in the financial/business end of my visit, was very helpful, good at explaing the paperwork, and he too is a valuable asset to the Honda of Ocala. NOW! If I can just learn to "fly" this vehicle within the 'snowbird' traffic of Marion County. I would not hesitate to recommend the Honda dealer agency in Ocala I have not yet had to apply for service of my purchase so I am not at this moment able to comment thereon. But, if they are as attentive to the customers that apply for servicing and parts, then that element of the dealership should be a key factor in the successful future of Honda Of Ocala. This dealership is the best in Ocala. She described a beautiful clean facility with a lot of cars to choose from, friendly staff and a great service department. When we arrived we were greeted by a salesman named Mike Lehman. After explaning to him what type of car we needed, he showed us the Honda Accord. This is a beautiful car with a lot of electrical equipment that my 75 year old Mother was not used to. Her other car didnt even have power windows! Mike put her at ease by showing her how easy it is to use the new equipment. He was very patient with her and sat with her in the car explaining everything in detail until she was comfortable that she knew how everything worked. My Mother decided to lease the car after talking to Mike about the differences between buying and leasing. We felt that leasing was the best option. We picked up the car a few days later. It was sparkling clean, radio stations already pre-programmed to her favorites and it had a full tank of gas. Overall, the car buying experience was fun, not painful, as some people describe when they go to other dealerships. We highly recommend Honda of Ocala to our family and friends. More

In particular we would like to say that it was a pleasurable experience doing business with Dave Knight (new car sales). He was very informative and courteous and certainly not high pressure. He spent a great deal of time with us in locating the vehicle of our choice which was a 2011 Honda Accord. We feel that he went the extra mile throughout the whole sales procedure. The service dept. always took care of our needs in a friendly and expeditious manner. We also thought the customer lounge was very comfortable and provided big screen entertainment, magazines and Computers for our enjoyment while we waited for vehicle service.
