Within 30 seconds of entering the facility Alex Bowers introduced himself and was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I brought my New Honda Accord in bc it was making a terrible noise. Christianna found out it was a broken part of the brake. Since the car was new she did not want to see me pay for it that it should b terrible noise. Christianna found out it was a broken part of the brake. On top of that I had an appointment in 2 hrs but when Christianna told me the car would have to stay overnight she again was in the case to secure me a honda loaner. There was none n I was getting anxious bc it was a business deal I could miss. Christianna rushed around the big complex until she got me a loaner. It was not easy n it was pressurized situation.
