Because the vehicle is much larger than what my wife use to drive, we were concerned about it. Meghan was extremely patient with us, and we actually did multiple rounds in the parking lot to just to test the parking and turns. With features like the side and rear view cameras, my wife felt more comfortable with the vehicle, and Meghan went through those features carefully with us. We bought the Odyssey that very afternoon, after some negotiation for a price we are comfortable with. I must say that the experience was very pleasant, and very different from other dealership that we've been at while looking for a new vehicle. The staff at Honda Odyssey were all very nice and friendly. They stayed past their closing time just to help us get our vehicle and paperwork ready that evening. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More

I came to Princeton Honda to see the new 2014 Honda Civic EX. I spoke with Kerri first over-the-phone and she was very friendly and was eager for me to visit the dealership. I setup an appointment on a Sat EX. I spoke with Kerri first over-the-phone and she was very friendly and was eager for me to visit the dealership. I setup an appointment on a Saturday and she introduced me to Justin. Justin was also friendly as well as professional when I ask many questions. I told him I work fast and if the deal was right I will be purchasing a new vehicle within 30-days. He heard all my concerns and requests to make the deal possible. He promptly gave me a reasonable quote. Additionally, I told him I had a trade-in (2006 Honda Civic LX) and I gave him the Kelley Blue Book value for that model, condition and mileage. We had to negotiate the price of the trade-in. Justin displayed great skills as a Salesman because he wanted the sale and sense if the trade-in valuation was too low I would walk out of the door. We volleyed back-and-forth and we came to an agreement. I have confidence in this team and I went to the bank and applied for the loan. I believe the deal made was fair and equitable for me as well for the Princeton Honda Team. I like to personally thank Justin and Kerri for hearing me out and taking action immediately. I highly recommend these guys and if any my friends are looking for a new or used car, I give them my seal of approval! More

When we needed a car for my daughter, who is a brand-new driver, we wanted the safety and reliability of the Honda Pilot -- a car I had been driving for years. We decided to surprise my daughter with my Pi driver, we wanted the safety and reliability of the Honda Pilot -- a car I had been driving for years. We decided to surprise my daughter with my Pilot as a gift...which meant I was in the market for a new car for me. I landed on the 2014 Pilot, which Meghan helped me find and ultimately select. Through the process, Meghan was great -- extremely helpful, very friendly, and flexible around our crazy household schedule. I love the new Pilot -- Honda has taken a great car and made it even better. But what was best about the experience was the extra care Meghan and the entire team at Honda of Princeton took with me. When they heard of my plans to surprise my daughter with my then-current car, they arranged to have my old Pilot detailed so it was like new, and even gave me a giant red bow to top things off on the morning of her birthday.
