I am highly satisfied with the services that I have received. Matthew Carroll welcomed me to the dealership and assisted me on my search for the perfect vehicle to fit my needs. Throughout the entire experience, I appreciated his knowledge about the cars, passion for his work, professionalism, respect for me, and his overall positive and welcoming personality. In looking back on the experience, it was his passion and knowledge that made a major difference in the trust I place in the services provided by Honda of Princeton. I would like to acknowledge Jonathan Dorf and Chay Jenkins's hard work in assisting me to purchase my Honda Vehicle. In addition, I would like to thank Gary Kafitin and John Devlin for their guidance with my new vehicle. My family and I walked in on Friday of last week and leased a car the same day because we were so floored by the customer service and knowledge of the brand that the sales associates had. My family and I were handled by a new associate named Megan who had all the knowledge and expertise of someone who had been with the brand for years. She was incredibly pleasant and guided my father into the purchase - no easy task. Chay and Jonathan were equally as helpful and walked us through all of the necessary documentation and extended warranties. They never pressured us and genuinely seemed to want to get us the best deal. My family and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase/lease a new Honda, ask for Megan! More

It was a rainy Saturday afternoon and I wasn't expecting to leave with a new vehicle that day. I've only been to this dealership for oil changes so I didn't know who I would be meeting with. As soon as I walked into the dealership I was approached with kindness. I truly believe the person that greets you, makes the first impression! I think was introduced to Tom Thornton who was exceptional. I explained to him I was just coming to browse my options and wan't really looking for anything brand new but when I let that day, I left in a 2014 Honda Accord. He was very patient, we test drove the vehicle and he explained in great detail each feature of the car. i didn't feel rushed or bullied into purchasing the car. Lastly, I met with John McLaughlin who was excellent as well. Thank you for the wonderful experience guys! More

I have referred countless family and friends over the years to Honda of Princeton, sometimes as far away as 80+ miles, and they leave as satisfied as my family and I have been with their courteous and honest service and support. One constant that has remained the bedrock of Honda Of Princeton is their General Sales Manager, Jonathan Dorf. Jon first and foremost listens and turns the car buying process into a relationship building exercise. He builds bridges with his clients and makes sure the entire team at Honda of Princeton exudes that same ethos. It is no wonder that my most recent Honda purchase with Matt Carroll, a newly minted sales associate, was equally pleasant and thorough. Matt was surprisingly dressed in a "Pink Bunny Suit" the day I purchased my car. My fears of deranged salesperson assisting me were allayed by the fact that Matt had to wear the suit after losing a friendly wager within the dealership. Needless to say we got past the crooked ears and proceeded to put together the paperwork and within quick order I was off the dealership lot having traded in my old Honda and having picked up a new Honda Accord. I do a great deal of research when buying my cars and a significant portion of it is making sure the financial structure of the deal is in my favor. Honda of Princeton continues to deliver where other Honda dealerships fall short. Most importantly they do so with a friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. More
Stay Away!!! The day after Thanksgiving I put my car into Princeton Honda for a new battery and an alignment. 3 1/2 grueling hours later a gentleman comes out with a shocking $1200 estimate for new brakes. After politely declining he goes back but returns 45 minutes later with disturbing news. The shop technician was performing a "complementary multipoint inspection" on my brakes, and rather than just remove the tires to check, the genius disconnected my brake lines and in doing so air got into the lines which he failed to remove properly, causing my brakes to malfunction. The genius then backed out of the spot (10-15ft @5-10mph) with no breaks and crashed my car into another car. Someone went to the hospital with a broken wrist and my car went to an outside sourced body shop to repair $5000 worth of damage. 1 1/2 months later my car still is not complete!!!!!!!!! After multiple attempts to speak with the general sales manager and general manager neither have not called me back and to be 100% honest I don't really trust the work that they're doing on my vehicle. For anyone out there looking for an auto body shop in New Jersey, please, I URGE you to NOT go to here. I filed a complaint with Honda America Corporate & BBB already, even they are disappointed in the treatment that I've been given from this half asked excuse for a car dealership. I could add my assumptions as to why I am being mistreated but I'll leave that for now and just provide you with the facts. After starting the process at other dealer ships and being so frustrated it was amazing how much easier it was once I stopped by and talked to Chris and it was a lot more fun as well. I never though buying a car could be fun and simple. From the beginning I knew I was going to find my car there and I did. Perfect car for me with amazing staff and service. My fiancee and I will definitely be buying the rest of our future cars here! More

Upon walking into the dealership, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly environment, as well as the personable and attentive sales representatives. Although new, our salesperson Joey Himelfarb was very knowledgeable and really cared about helping us make the right choice when purchasing our vehicle without any pressure, whatsoever. The managerial staff was always available to ensure that we were well taken care of. I love my Honda Accord and would highly recommend anyone shopping for a new vehicle to check out Honda of Princeton and ask for Joey H! More
I recently purchased a used crv. The internet sales manager told me that the bank required gap insurance on the car.Book value of the car was $3000 more than i was fiancing when i quest manager told me that the bank required gap insurance on the car.Book value of the car was $3000 more than i was fiancing when i questioned him about it he played dumb. They charged me $760 for the insurance. When i receved my bankloan information i called the bank and questioned them about the insurance they told me that they never asked for gap insurance. Come to find out the manager splits the cost of the insurance with them.I called Honda and confronted them about this practice they assured me that they dont tolerate this kind of underhanded dealings and promply refunded my $760. Beware if they charged you gap insurance call your finance company and check. Reported to Better Buisness Bureau More
