Buy From Michael Malmsbury ! ! ! No, I'm not related to him, never met him before 2/2/12. So here's my story. Live in Lehigh Acres about 90 miles from Sarasota, Fl. We were looking for a Pontiac Grand Am. him, never met him before 2/2/12. So here's my story. Live in Lehigh Acres about 90 miles from Sarasota, Fl. We were looking for a Pontiac Grand Am. My wife has been driving Grand Am's for 17 years and we've had such good success with them. We looked all over Florida on the internet. We even went to Fort Lauderdale for what looked like a good deal, what a piece of junk. So, we found a 2004 Grand Am on the internet at Wilde Honda. I called and Michael answered. He said the car was at rock bottom and unfortunately he couldn't reduce it any further, so if I needed a lower price not to waste my time. I told him the price was good, but didn't want to drive 90 miles and found out it was just sold. He checked with his manager and told me he could hold it with a $500 deposit, which I gladly did. I went to the bank, drove to Sarasota and met Michael. When we went out to look at the car it was a 2 door. (Now, that was like the 3rd line in the ad, and both my wife and I looked at the ad and the pictures several times). We felt pretty stupid, and blind! We really needed a 4 door. I told Colleen to drive it anyway and see how it rides. While driving it I asked her, do you like the ride, No. Do you like the power, (or lack thereof), No. Do you like the handling, No. Do you like the feel of the seats, No. Then you don't want a Grand Am, yes I do! We're upset and tired. Michael says, "I have another car, with about the same mileage, very nice and only a little more if you want to look at it, It's a Buick Regal. My wife says, "No, it's an old person's car. So, we looked at it and it was beautiful! Flawless paint, back seat looked like it was never sat in. My wife drove it and said it was like driving her couch! It handles sporty and plenty of power. Still not a Grand Am, but my wife decided to get it and she's really happy with it! I only had enough for the Grand Am and Michael negotiated down to that price. They were super fast about the paperwork. It literally took longer to get my insurance transferred from California to Florida insurance than it took to get the dealer paperwork done! These folks are nice, responsive, honest, fair, and listen. Everything you always wanted in a car dealership, but never got. I mean I've never got this kind of service. Seriously, if you buy somewhere else, you probably will pay too much, get a car in worse shape, and for sure you won't be treated as well. More

I searched all of Florida for a barely used Honda Odyssey and Wilde Honda came up with the best prices. I took a 2 hour trip there to test drive and bargain for the car. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and didn't mind taking me and the family on multiple test drives of multiple Odysseys. My wife and I were recently in the market for a new vehicle and I sent an e-mail to Wilde Honda to see if they did leases. Shortly after the e-mail I got a call from Michael Malmsbury who confirmed tha vehicle and I sent an e-mail to Wilde Honda to see if they did leases. Shortly after the e-mail I got a call from Michael Malmsbury who confirmed that leases were available and we made an appointment for the next afternoon.Michael was very friendly and professional and patiently took me through several options and took me for a test drive in a civic which I loved. I decided that based on the length of the lease and the money I would still owe if I chose to buy the car at the end of the lease that it made more sense for me to buy. I told him I wanted to look at some other makes and models before deciding and he was fine with that, no pressure to try to get me to buy right then. Before leaving I called my wife who is a honda fan and we decided to buy the car. I financed with honda so there was quite a bit of paperwork to review and sign. After the deal was completed and the car had been registered to me we made an appointment to pick up the car the next afternoon. When we arrived to pick up the car my wife was, to say the least, less than thrilled with the color I had chosen. She asked Michael if she could choose another color which meant re-doing all the paperwork and he cheerfully said yes, that he absolutely wanted us to be completely satisfied with our new vehicle. He arranged for all the paperwork to be re-done and had a sense of humor and complete patience the whole time. My wife is thrilled with the car and told me at home that night that Michael was the nicest sales person she had ever dealt with. So if you need a new car and want a great car at a great price with outstanding warranty options, go to Wilde and ask for Michael. More
I've been searching for a very particular car - make/model/year of pre-owned Hyundai, not a Honda - for a month. Visited, talked and communicated to more than 15 dealers. When I saw first reply from Michael Malmsbury at Wilde Honda in the email, I could immediately tell I am dealing with intelligent person. He was right on spot to my questions, you can tell he has read very carefully my own offer I have sent to the dealership. He was straightforward and direct, really open. He understood I was a very informed buyer and talked to me business. I have replied with my position and left it open for negotiations. Several minutes after I sent the email, I got a call from Michael and we arranged to meet so I can test drive the car. At the negotiations Michael showed extreme professionalism and hospitality, changing my opinion about an industry with a very bad reputation (confirmed to some extent by my own experience). Again, no useless games, not even a trace of sleaziness and artificial pressure I have seen with other car dealer salesmen. Next morning I was in the back for the loan. Mike was very patient with a few delays in the process, he stayed with us and offered not just drinks and snacks, but shared stories from his life and listen to us too. I am really amazed by how smooth the process was, by everyone we saw in this dealership - the way they talk to client, the way they approach offers. People usually are looking to buy a particular car they like in advance. But I won't be surprised if the next car I buy will be determined by the experience with this dealer, not the make. And no wonder - with the unbelievable level of service and openness to negotiate reasonably and realistically I saw in Wilde Honda and especially Michael Malmsbury. You just know you will get the best deal and be treated as real customer - something that you won't find in most of the other dealerships. More

Skip helped get American Honda to approve the lease quickly. No pressure, just help. We looked at other cars, but decided on the Honda because of Wilde Honda and the people there. We have sent 7 people to Wilde Honda to purchase or lease vehicles and they have all been treated with professionalism. My father-in-law purchased his used Honda at Wilde and has since received excellent service from their service department. Truly a class organization, starting from Mark Wilde and filtering down to people like Halim and Skip with Honda and David Trimble with Wilde Lexus.
