The worries of being financially taken advantage of, or not having my needs heard were very real. Fortunately, with Yuri's help, these were not something i needed to worry about. We discussed my price range, and he made it aware that I may not find what I am looking for, but he was willing to show me what was closest to what I could afford. I had explained to him that although I am 25, that I was in no was interested in all the bells and whistles I'm sure my age group demands from a new vehicle. This he respected, and pointed me in the right direction. After looking at a large variety different models and seeing which ones included what; I found the right car for the right price. Very Poor Quality and confrontational service Basically Scammers and very poor quality employees. I was on their site looking at a new 2018 CRV. They had it listed at a price with a blue tab below it that says "Click for sale price". I click, enter my info and then this very annoyed lady calls and says that the listed price is the sale price. I kept asking then why do you have a sale request button and she couldn't answer., Either she isn't the brightest star that ever shined, or that's how poor the quality of their service is. Not to mention that she was extremely rude and when easily cornered she gets worse and she was "The manager"! It's unfortunate, because Honda is a great car, sometimes the people that sell them are just sub par and indecent. More
