Having never considered a Honda before, there is a lot to be said as I left the dealership with a new car that day. The salesman (David ) was very friendly and worked hard to keep me in my budget and still get a nice car. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the price and performance of the car rather than making a quick sale (as I'm sure everyone has experienced before). His schedule was always flexible and he made himself available to us for whatever we needed i.e test drive, explanation of car features, fuel economy etc. I chose to lease a 2013 Honda Accord for a very reasonable price. When I left the dealership, Anthony stressed to keep in touch and let him know how things are going with my new car. He's a salesman who takes his work seriously and wants to do right by customers. As a person with a busy schedule, I had asked Frank to initiate and perform the paperwork (i.e. credit check and etc.) prior to my arrival. The purpose was to avoid the wait time I would have had to spend while all the paperwork and formalities were attended to. Frank and I agreed that I would come by their location at 6 p.m. after work. Frank performed my requests and saved me time. Additionally, Frank took the time to explain the SUV's features and instrument functionality prior to me departing the dealer site. Quality of Work: Based on Frank’s customer service performance, I felt that he provided good quality of work. He paid attention to detail. As an example, the date printed on my insurance documentation was dated the day after the sale date. He brought this to my attention and he initiated a call to my insurance company. The issue was fixed immediately. Friendliness: Frank was friendly. Overall Experience: I had a good experience dealing with Frank. He made the transaction seamless. Pricing: I had a fair price. I know what I wanted for a lease price. I would advise buyers to educate themselves to save time and headache prior to visiting any car dealer. More

Sat at a table with a salesman who wrote the price of the car on a piece of paper. When I suggested a lower price, he looked at me as if my hair was on fire, and said "WHAT?!?" I repeated that I would like car on a piece of paper. When I suggested a lower price, he looked at me as if my hair was on fire, and said "WHAT?!?" I repeated that I would like to negotiate for a lower price. He then folded the paper and said "Sorry, I want to help you "girls" but youre not serious. Do you understand this is a Honda Pilot. I stupidly continued to deal with him and he lowered the price somewhat. I agreed to purchase at that price. Than it came time for the trade in appraisal. Needless to say it was THOUSANDS less than a fair dealer price. BTW, my car was only 3 years old, in perfect condition with less than 20k miles When I stated, that at that price I would have had to pay Honda to take my car, he basically just sat there and said goodbye. This dealer is the only Honda Dealer on Staten Island. They feel that they have a captive audience and can get away with being unfriendly, and unprofessional. I was so turned off, I was tempted to buy something other than Honda Instead, I crossed the bridge, went to Honda at Bay Ridge and bought the car there that same day More

After researching on line and viewing several makes and models of 2013 vehicles, my wife and I decided that the Honda CRV was the right car for us. We had purchased Honda vehicles before from Honda Of Stat models of 2013 vehicles, my wife and I decided that the Honda CRV was the right car for us.
