My wife and I had a deal with sales person of Honda Staten Island. He called her a few times, at work, come in and take advantage of the deal they made. My wife grabbed me and we went in to get the Honda Accord Hybrid 2024. He was waiting for us, handed over the keys, and asked us to contact our insurance to make the change. My wife was so excited to get the new car and I was so happy for her. We sat there for a couple of hours until finally sales person came over with the finance manager who told us, “ we can’t do this deal”! I thought it was a joke. He repeated it and said there is nothing that could be done and if we wanted the car we would have to come up with more money. I couldn’t believe the underhanded, unprofessional way Honda of Staten Island handled this. My wife and I got up and left and they didn’t care one bit. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My wife was upset, I was angry, and they made no attempt to help us after wasting our time, made us change our insurance, handed us the keys, etc etc. there is no reason to treat people like this. They were not only unprofessional, but they lacked empathy and had no regard for the customer, at all. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP More

I strongly advise against using the Honda Service Center of Staten Island. My recent experiences there left me feeling taken advantage of. They insisted on additional services that seemed unnecessary and po of Staten Island. My recent experiences there left me feeling taken advantage of. I arrived on time was taken care of on time, left my car for the oil change went to the cafe for a coffee and pastry, and came back my car was serviced and I was done.
