Committed to selling vehicles at a reasonable deal I went to many Honda dealers; too many. Tenafly Honda was the third out of 8 or more They promised a deal and stuck to it. not all but many of the I went to many Honda dealers; too many. Tenafly Honda was the third out of 8 or more They promised a deal and stuck to it. not all but many of the other dealers would not honor the true car price. One sales manager said he couldn't get the numbers to work; they tried everything they could to discredit the sale. Even ran my credit rating and when it read 800; this manager tried to give me a loan outside of Honda at 6.9 %. Paul (sales manager) sat down with me, along with Sam. gave me a brief history of his (Paul) tenure at Tenafly Honda, in that it is a family run business. I listened; then went on to the other dealers. Paul and team said what they meant and meant what they said. Not all, but many of the other dealers in this regard i can not say the same. finally, their were other choices more conveniently located, but I choice tenafly honda for their authenticity. I hope they continue on this path of selling vehicles. I'll go back there again to see if the experience repeats itself. AnnaMarie was awesome. Sam too. She was thorough and explained the software of the pilot well. Harry, the finance person, was not deceptive. I was worried that the deal may not go through. Harry was great; finally, i had great personal conversation with all names checked. Great job everyone. More

Awesome I have been to many Honda dealers in the past which 2 of them happen to be within 10 miles of my home, and I had such a great experience at this Honda I have been to many Honda dealers in the past which 2 of them happen to be within 10 miles of my home, and I had such a great experience at this Honda which happens to be more than 25 miles from my home. Not only was I offered an extremely fair price for the condition of my Odyssey, I also had a genuinely attentive sales person Herbie Rosario whom was able to lay out my best possible options, trims, packages, financing options, you name it. Due to the new Odyssey being a completely, completely different experience than my previous one, I did have plenty of questions. Herbie was extremely patient and thorough as he answered all the questions i was able to throw at him. If you want a dealership that truly wants to give you the right car, and for the right price, this is the place! My recommendation is ask for Herbie, and you will see how diligent yet easy he makes the whole process. They have definitely gained my loyalty! More
