The way service should be when you visit your service center I found the service department to be polite and knowledgeable. I brought my 2015 Acura ILX in for a A,1,2 routine maintenance and received the utmost I found the service department to be polite and knowledgeable. I brought my 2015 Acura ILX in for a A,1,2 routine maintenance and received the utmost respect while doing so. My car was serviced in an efficient and effective manner. I wanted to take a moment and acknowledge the departments efforts, so I spoke with Craig the service manager to express how pleased I was with my experience. Craig was polite, respectful and very happy to hear his department provided me with such a great experience. I want to personally thank Craig and his team of advisors (especially Elyssa and Mohammed) for a job well done. I will definitely be returning to Honda Of Tenafly for future services. More

Thank you William Bonet My husband and I did not know what to expect when we visited Honda of Tenafly for the first time recently. We were introduced to William Bonet, who b My husband and I did not know what to expect when we visited Honda of Tenafly for the first time recently. We were introduced to William Bonet, who became our salesman. William treated us with respect and gave us his full attention. He listened well to my need for a new car, and provided excellent advice as to my previous car. He spent considerable time with us, with no interruptions. He gave me several choices and I settled on the CR-V. William's knowledge of the car is outstanding, and that clinched it for us. We negotiated fairly with William and settled on the price and terms. I must say that Harry, the Finance Manager, who gave us the various options for the warranties, tire insurance, GAP insurance and other financial matters was terrific, as well. He was so friendly and nice. The next day, the CR-V was ready to be picked up, and William had the car ready for us in an immaculate condition. He walked us through every aspect of operating the car, the heating and air conditioning, the radio, Car play, and everything about the car, spending several more hours with us, to make sure we were comfortable and safe with our new purchase. My husband and I have dealt with many car salesmen over the years, and I must say the William is the very best we have ever had! Thank you Honda of Tenafly for introducing us to him. More
