Outstanding Experience with New Car Purchase! We went to Tenafly Honda because they had the vehicle we were looking to drive. We began with an internet search and emailed requesting best price on We went to Tenafly Honda because they had the vehicle we were looking to drive. We began with an internet search and emailed requesting best price on a 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid. Denise Atamian was our first contact and she responded very quickly to our request with the best price in comparison to other dealers we were contacting. She followed up with a phone call as we were emailing to invite us in to the showroom and she continued to respond to our requests via email quickly in the same evening. We had our initial questions all answered before we visited the dealership. When we went to the Tenafly Honda as soon as we could...a weekday evening, 2 days after our initial contact. When we arrived we met Matthew Berkowitz who provided OUTSTANDING customer service throughout our evening there! He quickly accessed our information from our email exchanges with Denise and took us out on the road for a test drive. Matthew had excellent knowledge of the vehicle and answered all of our questions on the performance and features (and we had a lot of questions!) It was a pleasure learning about the car with Matthew, he had great patience and maintained a positive attitude throughout our purchase. Matthew was also very knowledgeable about the relationships Honda of Tenafly maintains with credit sources and was able to immediately identify that our credit union worked directly with Honda of Tenafly. Matthew also helped us in contacting our insurance company which made the entire purchase process smooth and easy. Throughout the night, the coordination with each member of the staff...the manager who evaluated our trade-in, the staff who prepared the car for purchase, the "behind the scenes" work was truly impressive! When we got to the last stages in financing and completing our purchase, it was very late and Harry Sagong did an exceptional job with everything. He knew our application, worked with our credit union and reviewed the warranty and payment information carefully. Throughout the entire process, Matthew was attentive and made sure things ran smoothly and ALL questions we had about Honda products were answered. Our experience was TOP NOTCH in all aspects. And the owner, Norman Dorf, inquired if we were getting everything we needed and thanked us for our business. Everything was not complete until after closing hours but we never felt rushed by any member of the team and Matthew was with us until the end, giving us a thoughtful and thorough in introducing us to the features we could program to personal settings, even after the long evening.
